PS Bank offers both home equity term loans and home equity lines of credit.

Our home equity term loans are offered at a variety of terms, up to 15 years, and feature a competitive fixed interest rate.  Our home equity term loans are ideal for customers borrowing a set dollar amount for a specific purpose such as home improvement, auto purchase, etc.  With our home equity term loan, you have the security of knowing that your rate or payment will not change over the life of the loan. 

Our home equity lines of credit provide you with the flexibility of drawing against the equity in your home as funds are needed.  Our lines feature a draw period during which interest only payments are required.  When the draw period ends, a repayment period commences which will amortize your loan to maturity.  Our home equity lines of credit feature a variable rate of interest tied to national prime.

* Annual percentage rate stated requires $5,000 or more new money; maximum term 60 mos.; FICO credit score 720 or greater; includes .25% discount for automatic payment from a Peoples State Bank checking or savings account;  maximum loan-to-value 85%.  Rates may differ based on amount of new money, term, credit score, and payment method.  The monthly payment for a $10,000 loan for 5 years based on 720 and above credit score...would be $183.94  Rates subject to change.
